Station Eleven is a new media publisher specializing in the conversion, development and delivery of interactive programs based on the teachings of the Catholic Church.  Our goal is to help Catholics actively incorporate their faith into their lives at home, at school, and at work.

Station Eleven distributes existing Catholic content from multiple Catholic publishers. Content is also derived from other sources of Catholic teaching including parish- and diocesan-level programs, conferences, retreats, academies and university-sponsored programs and classes.

Thom Blanton - email

Thom has 22 years of experience in all technical aspects of computer graphic and animation production and has produced multiple commercially available CD-I, CD-ROM and online titles. In 1983, Thom pioneered the computer industry's first bulletin board-based online customer support service. In 1993, he designed and launched one of the nation's first commercial MPEG video encoding facilities for the creation of digital video assets for Fortune 500 and government training departments. Early in his career, Thom directed training support for PC, Apple and Silicon Graphics systems and installation services for the largest supplier of computer graphics solutions in the southern United States. In addition to his unique programming and authoring skills, Thom is an expert in the development and delivery of adaptive and compliance testing, tracking and reporting.

Jon Crumpacker - email

Jon is an entrepreneur with 17 years of experience managing, designing and building digital instructional and marketing programs. Jon began his career in computer imaging and interface design with Philips Electronics / Interlight International creating consumer gaming and entertainment titles for international release.  In 1992, he founded Illuminactive Multimedia, Inc. with Thom Blanton. (Illuminactive later became LearnSomething, Inc.)  As CEO and Board member, Jon managed and secured the venture capital funding and management team necessary to scale LearnSomething into a national company, and led the company through the turbulent technology crash of 2000 to leave LearnSomething as a growing, multi-million dollar dominant player in the retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical space.  Additionally, Jon acted as the lead designer and system architect for several hundred hours of technology-based training programs and the development and deployment of three separat learning and content management systems

Jon and his wife, Barbra, have three children and are expecting their fourth in April. Jon is on the Parish Council at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Tallahassee, Florida.

Duane Daunt, MBA - email

Duane received his undergraduate degree from the United States Air Force Academy where he graduated with military honors.  During his five and a half year career in the Air Force as a project manager, he was responsible for several large scale government programs.  His final assignment was as the Deputy for the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System Air Vehicle Team where he was responsible for a yearly budget in excess of $182M and a team of 20 individuals consisting of Air Force active duty, civilian and government contract personnel.  In 2001 Duane continued his education with a Masters of Business Administration from The Florida State University with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship.  Since leaving the Air Force in 2004, Duane has been working as the Corporate Controller for LearnSomething, Inc., a Tallahassee, FL based firm that specializes in delivering training to the retail grocery and pharmacy channel via the web.  In this role, Duane is responsible for an annual budget in excess of $2.6M as well as all payroll and human resource functions within the company.

Duane and his wife, Carrie, have four children. They are members of Good Shepherd Parish in Tallahassee, Fl.

Mary Anne Havriluk - email

Mary Anne has 20+ years experience in the management, design and development of instructional materials for both classroom and e-delivery. She is the co-author of a book on integrating technology into teaching (published by Prentice-Hall) and was the founder and first director of Florida’s Distance Learning Office with the Florida Department of Education, which sought and managed coordination of distance education programs among K-12, community colleges and universities. Mary Anne has managed and developed more than 200 hours of web-delivered training, working with state agencies, national and state associations, small businesses and Fortune 500 corporate clients. The HIPAA training program - written by Mary Anne and delivered through LearnSomething in 2003 - was used to train more than 650,000 pharmacists and pharmacy technicians nationwide.  Mary Anne served on the Board of Directors for the United States Distance Learning Association and was instrumental in leading the association’s focus from satellite based distance learning to Internet-based delivery.  She was also the founding President of the Florida Distance Learning Association.

Mary Anne and her husband, Rod, are members of Good Shepherd Parish in Tallahassee. They have three children.

Joe Mikos - email

Originally born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, Joe Mikos is a first generation American from a Hungarian family. Joe graduated in 1993 from Kean University (New Jersey) with a double major in Public Administration and Criminal Justice and then attended graduate studies in Public Administration at Florida State University.  Joe began working in the technology field in 1994 and is a seasoned manager with over 10 year’s project and client management experience. His background includes extensive experience in network infrastructure planning and deployment as well as business, project and personnel management. In addition, Joe has had responsibility and direct oversight for the design, implementation and support for a corporate data center with over 200 client nodes and more than 50 servers serving an international retail production environment. Joe possesses excellent communication skills and also has extensive experience with quality assurance and technical support for the implementation of large-scale management information systems for government and the private sector.

Joe is married to Tracey Anne and they have two sons, ages 5 and 3. Joe is fluent in Hungarian and enjoys reading, jogging and spending time with his family.

Brian Venclauskas - email

Currently a member of the faculty at Tallahassee Community College, Brian is also a skilled web programmer with experience in dynamic web application development, distance learning, database management, web architecture, and project management.  Prior to working at the college, Brian worked for the Professional Development Center, where he served as a lead developer for a statewide training and tracking system serving more than twenty-five thousand users. In addition, Brian led a team of multimedia programmers in the development of more than fifty hours of distance education programs. Brian is a frequent consultant for private businesses and government agencies, specializing in the design and development of custom technology solutions.

Brian and his wife Heather are the proud parents of four wonderful boys. They are both active members of the Good Shepherd Parish Community.
